My teenaged nephew asks me times a month why my nickname is Lead Foot.

OK, OK! A long time ago I was driving about 8 miles an hour down a rocky, dirt mountain road that was worse than a washboard. I did slow down to 4 miles an hour after the passenger heads dented the roof of the car. And from that day forward they still insist on calling me Lead Foot? (sigh)
